Purchase & Refund Policy

The Deluxe Unlock

Jester Dice Deluxe is a one-time purchase — not a subscription. You pay once, it never renews automatically, and there are no recurring charges. Deluxe is tied to your Jester Dice account and stays unlocked on any device where you sign in with that account, for as long as we operate Jester Dice.

No Cancellation Needed

Because Deluxe is a one-time purchase, there is nothing to cancel and no billing period to manage. Your access has no expiration date, but it depends on the service staying in operation.

If Jester Dice Shuts Down

If we ever permanently shut down Jester Dice, we will try to give at least 30 days’ notice. Accounts, cloud history, and Deluxe features will stop working, and installed apps may stop working too. Unless the law requires otherwise, or your purchase is still within the 14-day refund window, no refund is owed. See Section 13 of our Terms of Service.

Refunds

Contact us within 14 days of your purchase and we will issue a refund — no questions asked. After 14 days we still review requests case-by-case for duplicate charges or technical problems that stop Deluxe from working. When a refund is issued, Deluxe access is removed from the account that made the purchase. Contact us at https://jesterdice.com/contact from the address on your account and include your purchase date if you know it.

Price Changes

We may change the Deluxe price for future buyers at any time. A price change never affects a purchase you have already completed — your unlock stays yours.

A Subscription Plan Is Coming

We plan to offer an optional Premium subscription in the future with multiplayer features. When it launches, this page will be updated with its cancellation and refund terms. Deluxe buyers are never charged for Premium unless they choose to subscribe.
